Open Health Notes
“Thomas is an expert in all things related to metabolic health and longevity. While I am still young-ish (33), he has been essential in maintaining my metabolic health, keeping my body fat percentage down, and regulating my my insulin levels. High attention to detail, personalized service and an overall great guy to work with. He has also been crucial in helping me navigate the healthcare system in terms of proactive testing, and pertinent preemptive care questions. Cheers to 100 Fit Years.”-Max S.
“I met Thomas in the spring of 2020, at the age of 50, after an absolute miserable attempt at my first full marathon. After years of training, countless miles in all conditions imaginable for 52 weeks a year in NE Wisconsin, to have had such a difficult event, was hard to accept. I was at the point of packing it in and walking away. I am writing this review today because I just completed the Highlander Assault King Arthur Challenge at the age of 52. This is a 27.8 mile run, with 100+ obstacles, OCR event. Without Thomas’ guidance, coaching and support, this would not have been possible. In the last two years, I have completed the Abominable Snow Race, A Spartan Trifecta weekend, a full Tough Mudder weekend, all with the best results I have ever had. I believe that without Thomas’ knowledge and understanding of metabolic health and conditioning, these achievements would not have been possible. Thank you Thomas. Here’s to many more events to come.”-Joseph H.
“Thomas is absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and customizes his plans for the individual. Absolutely loved my experience with him and looking to go back for some maintenance. I highly recommend.”-Jay R.
